Our Practice

Carolinas Pain Institute is a premier center for the treatment of acute, cancer and chronic pain. The center were founded in 2004 by Dr. Richard Rauck, who now serves as the practice’s president.

Our staff includes medical specialists and board-certified physicians who dedicate themselves to providing innovative and effective pain-relieving therapies.

Carolinas Pain Institute is led by seven physicians who are committed to excellent patient care. Our practice is internationally recognized for its progressive work.

Our Offices

Carolinas Pain Institute is located in Winston-Salem, and Charlotte, N.C. and serves about 45,000 patients each year.

From our spacious offices, we offer the most current and advanced options for treating chronic pain and spinal diseases. On-site technology allows us to provide in-office fluoroscopically and ultrasound-guided diagnostic and therapeutic injections. Other interventions offered at our offices include radiofrequency nerve ablation and neurostimulator implants to reduce pain.

Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We are closed on major holidays.
